Rapp, 997 So.2d 1098, 1108 n. 13 (Fla.2008) (holding that “truth remains an available defense to defendants who can prove that the defamatory implication is true” in a defamation by implication action); see also Woodard v. Sunbeam Television Corp., 616 So.2d 501, 502 (Fla. 3d DCA 1993) (holding that the media has a qualified privilege to report the information they receive from government officials).
