The official report in this ease shows conclusively that there was no error on the part of the court in dissolving the injunction and setting aside the order appointing a receiver, thereby turning over the fund in the sheriffs hands to be applied to the payment of the judgment and execution in favor of the defendant in error. Judgment affirmed.
