ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Appellant was ordered to file a Brief in support of its appeal within 30 days of the mailing of the June 6, 2012 Order. Appellant did not file a Brief. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Appeal is Dismissed.
