PER CURIAM.
In accordance with the Florida Supreme Court’s recent ruling in McNeil v. Cox, 997 So.2d 343 (Fla.2008), the circuit court’s order denying motion to refund improperly assessed filing fees entered on December 20, 2006, is hereby quashed. These proceedings are remanded to the circuit court for further proceedings in accordance with the supreme court’s ruling in Cox. WEBSTER, BROWNING, and LEWIS, JJ., concur.
